Bostic Veterinary Hospital strives to provide exceptional veterinary care for your pet. Our experienced veterinary team is dedicated to making your experience as stress free as possible. Our convenient hours and added services such as grooming and boarding are designed to support you and your pet. As a new client of our veterinary hospital, you can expect our full attention to your pets’ needs and an open dialog between yourself and our team. If you have multiple pets, we can schedule them at the same time, if you desire.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

your first visitA warm welcome. You will notice that our veterinary team enjoys working with you on all aspects of your pet’s health, and we enjoy having you visit. We strive to make your pet’s trip to the vet as comfortable and stress free as possible. When you arrive for your appointment, please check in at the desk. We will ask you to complete the new client form, which is also available online.

We respect your time, and our goal is to see all of our clients and patients on schedule. As soon as the exam room is ready, we will escort you and your pet to meet your veterinarian. All of our exams are administered by a veterinarian, and we allow extra time to answer any questions or concerns you may have regarding your pet’s health.

In the event additional treatment is needed, we will discuss all of your options and pricing before the service is performed. We can also schedule your next office visit at our front desk before you depart.
